Garage Cloud Pro ("The Platform") is designed to facilitate garage workflow management, vehicle intake, job scheduling, parts inventory management, and tax invoicing. While every effort is made to ensure accurate calculations and data integrity, users and garage owners are solely responsible for reviewing final tax computations, repair job orders, and statutory compliance with local automotive and commercial laws.

Demo workspaces are provisioned for operational testing and evaluation. Sample vehicles, pre-loaded job cards, and customer profiles are dummy demonstration records. We reserve the right to clean or reset shared demo containers after expiration. Garages are advised not to store sensitive personal identification in unencrypted demo environments.

Tenants on Dedicated Pro Cloud subscriptions receive an isolated private database instance. We do not sell, rent, or distribute tenant customer records, job histories, or financial ledgers. Tenants retain full ownership of their operational records and may export their database at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Garage Cloud Pro and its providers shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from business interruptions, vehicle repair disputes, mechanics' labor delays, or third-party payment gateway downtime.

Automated WhatsApp notifications, Google reCAPTCHA, and Cloud Backup features utilize third-party APIs. Service delivery depends on active gateway configurations and recipient device connectivity.
