2. SaaS Services & Dedicated Tenant Isolation

CloudSoftPro provides digital workshop operations, digital job cards, vehicle service checklists, inventory stock tracking, mechanic commission management, tax billing, and customer notification automation.

• Database Isolation: Paid enterprise subscriptions operate on isolated MySQL database instances. Subscribers retain exclusive ownership of their business data.
• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, passwords, and API keys. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach of security.

3. Google Drive™ Cloud Backup Integration

The Platform provides an optional automated integration enabling you to connect your Google Account via OAuth 2.0 to archive encrypted daily database backups (.sql.gz) to your own Google Drive.

• Owner Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that your Google Drive account has sufficient storage capacity to store backup archives. We are not liable for backup failures resulting from Google account quota exhaustion, account suspension, or revoked OAuth tokens.
• Limited Scope Usage: In strict compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, the Platform only accesses the dedicated folder created for backup files (drive.file scope). We never read, inspect, modify, or download your non-application Google Drive files.
• Independent Disconnect: You may unlink your Google account at any time without penalty via the Platform dashboard or via your Google Account Security Dashboard.

4. Workshop Operational & Statutory Responsibility

While CloudSoftPro provides automatic calculations for GST, VAT, labor totals, and discount schemes, the workshop owner and registered accountant remain solely responsible for verifying the legal and tax compliance of all issued invoices, quotes, and statutory returns according to regional laws.

5. Subscriptions, Renewals & Payments

Subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan (Monthly or Annual). Subscriptions continue automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date. All fees are exclusive of applicable statutory sales taxes unless stated otherwise.

6. Termination & Data Portability

You may terminate your subscription at any time. Prior to termination, you are strongly encouraged to download a complete export of your database and financial reports. Following account termination and a grace period of 30 days, inactive tenant databases will be securely decommissioned.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall CloudSoftPro, CloudSoftPro, its officers, directors, employees, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including loss of business profits, vehicle repair disputes, or service downtime) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts having jurisdiction over the company headquarters.
